Massage Therapist & Communications Coordinator

In this role, you’ll help us shape the way we communicate with massage therapists across North America. You will contribute insight, messaging, and ideas that reflect the reality of clinic life and the needs of working therapists. You’ll support our content strategy, help us refine our communication tone, and collaborate with our team to create messaging that resonates with therapists and clinic owners.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Helping shape and develop our communication strategy and outreach voice
• Collaborating on marketing, education, community messaging, and therapist-focused content
• Offering perspective and feedback based on real clinic experience
• Creating and contributing to written content, videos, email communication, social posts, and engagement pieces
• Helping build authentic relationships within the massage therapy community
• Influencing how communication in our profession evolves and grows over time

Who You Are
• A practicing or licensed Massage Therapist in North America
• Strong communicator who can speak clearly to therapists and clinic owners
• Creative thinker who enjoys brainstorming ideas and bringing them to life
• Comfortable sharing insight and helping refine messaging direction
• Organized, self-directed, and capable of working remotely
• Previous experience in content creation, education, or community engagement is helpful but not required
