How do I get started?
Create your free account at app.hivemanager.io/register. The setup wizard walks you through adding your services, availability, and payment details. Most clinics are ready to take bookings in under 10 minutes.
Can I import my existing client list?
Yes. You can import clients from a CSV file — name, email, phone, and notes all transfer over. If you're coming from another platform, contact support and we'll help you migrate.
What happens when my free trial ends?
You'll be prompted to enter a payment method. Your data is never deleted — if you don't subscribe, your account is paused and you can pick it back up any time.
Is my client data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Hivemanager.io is hosted on SOC 2-compliant infrastructure. We never sell client data.
Does Hivemanager.io work on mobile?
Yes. The full app works on any device — phone, tablet, desktop. No separate app required. Your clients' booking widget is also fully mobile-optimized.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel from your account settings at any time. No penalty, no friction. Your data stays available to export for 30 days after cancellation.
