About Lokahi Massage and Pregnancy Services
Lokahi offers mobile massage throughout the Calgary area and Cochrane, with a focus on prenatal, labour, and postnatal care. The practice is led by Linda Varadi, a 2,200-hour registered massage therapist with over 15 years of experience who is also a DONA-certified birth doula. Beyond pregnancy-related services, Lokahi provides relaxation and therapeutic massage for general populations, including children and families, and treats conditions such as migraine headaches, carpal tunnel, tendonitis, arthritis, sports injuries, and postural discomfort. Varadi has trained in additional modalities including lymphatic massage, chakra massage, shamanic clearing massage, and hypnotherapy, and currently teaches in the massage therapy department of ABM College. All treatments are conducted in clients' homes and include assessment, manual treatment, and remedial exercise. Insurance receipts are issued for plans including Sunlife, Manulife, and Alberta Blue Cross.
