About YYC Massages
YYC Massages is a registered massage therapy clinic operating from the ground level of the Waterfront building in Calgary's Eau Claire neighborhood. The practice is staffed by two registered massage therapists: Amber Sweaza, who holds nearly 20 years of professional experience and credentials from NCBTMB and NHPC, and Rebecca MacNeil, a graduate of a 2200-hour program registered with NHPC, with prior training in relaxation and special populations work. The clinic offers a broad range of modalities and session lengths, including standard therapeutic massage (60, 90, and 120 minutes), warm bamboo massage (60 and 90 minutes), and specialized treatments such as deep tissue, shoulder dysfunction work, myofascial release, massage cupping, active isolated stretching, inter-oral TMJ massage, table Thai massage, Lomi Lomi massage, lymphatic drainage, prenatal and postnatal massage, and pediatric massage for ages 3 and up. Monthly massage memberships are available with savings of $15 per treatment on 60- or 90-minute sessions and include free direct billing through Telus Health; memberships are currently on a waitlist. All appointments are by appointment only, and the clinic provides free heated underground parking at the building.
