A registered massage therapist with over 35 years of experience in private practice since 1989, offering primarily CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release from a home studio. Trained extensively through The Upledger Institute across multiple levels (CranioSacral Therapy I & II, SomatoEmotional Release I & II, CranioSacral Therapy for Pediatrics I, and Advanced CranioSacral Therapy) and further educated by The Milne Institute and advanced osteopathic practitioners in cranial manipulation and biodynamic approaches. Additional hands-on techniques include reflexology, Reiki, Trager Psychophysical Integration, St. John's Neuromuscular Therapy, Russian massage, lymph drainage, and visceral manipulation. The practice takes a holistic, client-led approach focusing on the craniosacral system and connective tissue restrictions, with experience treating whiplash, acute and chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, birth-related issues, spinal and brain injuries, emotional trauma, and life transitions including conception, pregnancy, and end-of-life care. Also offers astrological counselling and coaching, and acupuncture services (provided by Dale Leicht). A member of The Massage Therapist Association of Alberta and a teaching assistant with The Upledger Institute.
