Practitioners conduct thorough assessments before treatment to identify tension and customize techniques and tools to individual client needs, and also offer lifestyle guidance including meditation and stretching routines for home practice. The clinic accepts direct billing with participating insurance providers and requires 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. All therapists are registered, and clients are asked to complete consent forms disclosing relevant health conditions, medications, and illnesses; massage is not recommended for those with contagious skin conditions, acute illness, infectious diseases, blood clotting disorders, unstable cardiovascular conditions, severe osteoporosis, recent unclearedurgeries or injuries, advanced cancer, or uncontrolled diabetes with significant complications.
