The team includes Nan, a massage therapist with over 12 years of experience in Thai Massage and credentials from the Thailand Ministry of Labor and Education, trained in advanced clinical massage therapy in Canada and specializing in pain management and circulation work; and Catalina, a registered massage therapist and manual osteopathic therapist certified in Thai yoga massage with training in Thailand, offering myofascial remodeling, osteoarticular adjustment, visceral manipulation, and other techniques within the scope of manual osteopathic practice. Both practitioners blend Western and Eastern approaches, incorporating trigger point therapy, energy line work, and stretching into their treatments.
