Hivemanager.io came out of Athlete's Choice Massage — a multi-location clinic in Edmonton where we spent years trying to make generic software fit how a real massage clinic actually operates.
We stitched together booking systems, SOAP note tools, form builders, and spreadsheets. Nothing worked together. We were spending more time managing software than running the clinic.
So we built what we needed. Every feature in Hivemanager.io came from a real operational problem inside a real clinic. We are not a software company that studied the massage industry. We are operators who got frustrated and built the solution.
