"Limited" for ClinicSense mobile SOAP notes reflects repeated Capterra reviews, not an official plan restriction. Jane's insurance billing and clinic website are paid add-ons on top of the plan price. ClinicSense TELUS eClaims requires Standard or Premium. Hivemanager.io collects insurance details on the intake form and the clinic submits claims in the insurer portal; there is no direct eClaims integration.
Pricing
Lite ($39) caps you at 20 appointments a month and leaves out SMS reminders, No-Show Guard, packages, gift certificates, and the waitlist. Standard ($69) allows 200 appointments and adds all of those plus TELUS eClaims. Premium ($99) is unlimited and required for multi-practitioner clinics. Extra practitioners are $20/month each on Standard and Premium.
Balance ($54) caps you at 20 appointments a month, single practitioner, no SMS reminders. Practice ($79) is unlimited with free SMS. Thrive ($99) adds packages and memberships. Each additional practitioner is a licence fee: $17.50 part-time or $35 full-time on Practice, $20 or $40 on Thrive.

What you'd actually pay
Entry plans on both ClinicSense and Jane cap at 20 appointments a month, so a working therapist starts one tier up. An honest take
ClinicSense and Jane are both good software run by good companies. Plenty of massage clinics are happy on each. If you're deciding between just those two, the deciding factor is usually mobile charting (ClinicSense's gap) versus the price of growth (Jane's licence stack).
