Is it actually free for the school?
Yes. Student clinics run on Hivemanager.io at no charge for as long as you run them on it. There is no setup fee, no per-student charge, and no appointment cap.
What is the catch?
There is no catch, but there is a reason. Students who chart their clinic hours on Hivemanager.io graduate already knowing the system. Some of them open a practice and choose to keep using it. That is how we earn it. The school pays nothing either way.
Who qualifies?
Massage therapy programs in the US or Canada that run a student clinic where students see clients under supervision. One campus or thirty, the offer is the same.
Can instructors and supervisors see student notes?
Yes. Supervisors with clinic-level access can open any student's SOAP note from the client record. Notes are tied to the appointment date and the student who wrote them.
Is client health data handled in line with HIPAA?
Yes. See the HIPAA page for how client records, intake forms, and SOAP notes are stored and who can access them. Canadian programs can review the Canadian privacy page as well.
What do graduates get when they open their own practice?
Their first 30 days free, and the rate they sign up at is locked for as long as they stay. A solo practice is $35 a month, the same figure in USD or CAD. Additional bookable providers are $15 a month each.
We already have client records in another system. Can we bring them over?
Yes. Export a CSV from your current system and we import it during setup. If you are on paper, you start fresh and the records build up from the first appointment.
